Scope of Work

Our Formaldehyde Removal Process:

Initial Site Assessment:
Inspect the premises to identify renovation materials, furniture, cabinetry, flooring, adhesives, and other potential sources of formaldehyde emissions.
Pre-Treatment Preparation:
Ensure the treatment area is properly prepared, with necessary access to surfaces, enclosed spaces, cabinets, wardrobes, and affected areas. A pre-treatment test will be conducted with our industrial grade Formaldehyde reader.
Formaldehyde Treatment Application:
Apply the appropriate formaldehyde-reduction treatment to relevant surfaces, including built-in carpentry, furniture, cabinets, and other applicable areas.
Air Circulation & Ventilation:
Allow sufficient ventilation and air circulation after treatment to help disperse residual airborne pollutants and support the treatment process.
Post-Treatment Inspection:
Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all required areas have been treated and the premises are properly ventilated.
